Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1. To participate in the M Groww affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old.
1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
1.3. M Groww reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. Affiliates will promote M Groww services using their unique affiliate link provided by M Groww.
2.2. Affiliates are responsible for accurately representing our services and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3. Affiliates should not engage in any unethical or misleading marketing practices that may harm M Groww's reputation.
3. Commission:
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a qualifying purchase of M Groww services.
3.2. The commission rate and payout structure will be outlined in a separate agreement between M Groww and the affiliate.
3.3. Commissions will be paid out according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4. Prohibited Activities:
4.1 Affiliates should not engage in any form of spamming, including sending unsolicited emails or using deceptive marketing tactics.
4.2 Affiliates should not bid on trademarked terms or use M Groww's intellectual property without prior written consent
4.3 Affiliates should not engage in any activities that may damage M Groww's brand or reputation.
5. Termination:
5.1 M Groww reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason without prior notice.
5.2. In case of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
5.3. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to M Groww.
6. Modification:
6.1 M Groww reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
6.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated terms.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. M Groww will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of affiliate program participation.
7.2. M Groww's total liability under these terms and conditions will be limited to the total commissions paid to the affiliate.
8. Confidentiality:
8.1. Affiliates agree to keep any confidential information received from M Groww confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
9. Independent Contractor:
9.1. The affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of M Groww.
9.2. The affiliate has no authority to bind or represent M Groww in any way.
10. Relationship of Parties:
10.1. The relationship between M Groww and the affiliate is solely that of a business partnership.
10.2. Nothing in the affiliate agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.
11. Governing Law:
11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where M Groww operates.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Entire Agreement:

12.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between M Groww and the affiliate regarding the affiliate program.
12.2. Any other agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, regarding the affiliate program are superseded by these terms and conditions.
13. Severability:
13.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver:
14.1. The failure of M Groww to enforce any right or provision under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15. Assignment:
15.1. Affiliates may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under the affiliate agreement without the prior written consent of M Groww.
15.2. M Groww may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under the affiliate agreement.
16. Relationship with Clients:
16.1. Affiliates understand that their relationship with clients is separate from M Groww's relationship with clients.
16.2. M Groww is not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or disputes between affiliates and their clients.
17.Communication:
17.1. M Groww may communicate with affiliates via email or other electronic means.
17.2. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date and checking their email regularly for communications from M Groww.
18.Indemnification:
18.1. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold M Groww and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the affiliate's participation in the program or violation of these terms and conditions.
19.Survival:
19.1. Sections of these terms and conditions that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration of the affiliate agreement shall continue to remain in effect.
20.Acceptance:
20.1. By participating in the M Groww affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
